The distinction series of homes has three levels of available finish packages. The included finish package is the ECO package and there are two available upgrades the Elegant and the Ultra finish packages. Each package includes professionally designed finishes in multiple color choices. The packages are designed to take the stress out of the home building process and create an efficient and enjoyable buying experience.
