We hired Yoder Homes to do a commercial renovation of our two bathrooms at our community pool. We had an interior flooding problem that was getting worse by the day and the entire floor had to be ripped out and regraded to a central floor drain. In addition, the moisture had travelled up the walls and created a real issue. The partitions were warping and rusted and totally replaced. All the work was done correctly and all items on our proposal completed to our specs. We couldn't be happier! The workers were very neat and clean and respectful of all the residents at the pool. Excellent company and I highly recommend them!

We are a European couple who have used the excellent services of Yoder Homes for first of all a remodel of a Historic house AND the construction of a new private home for ourselves. If we would ever build again, we would certainly use the professional help from Mr. Denny again. He is a friendly man, is very knowledgeable, is correct in prices thinks as "being the customer" himself) and uses the best skilled crews. Even if you are not present during the time the remodel is being done, every detail is taken care of, just as Mr. Denny would do for himself.
