We hired Yoder Homes to do a commercial renovation of our two bathrooms at our community pool. We had an interior flooding problem that was getting worse by the day and the entire floor had to be ripped out and regraded to a central floor drain. In addition, the moisture had travelled up the walls and created a real issue. The partitions were warping and rusted and totally replaced. All the work was done correctly and all items on our proposal completed to our specs. We couldn't be happier! The workers were very neat and clean and respectful of all the residents at the pool. Excellent company and I highly recommend them! Thank you for everything! What an easy, wonderful experience it has been. (It astounds me that I can actually say those words. That has NEVER happened before. A real credit to you and your crew.) When I get back from finally seeing my husband (sometime this Fall), I'd like to get together with you and start planning Phase II. (to hopefully happen in January if you can pencil me in) Again, thank you so much for your professional job. You can be sure I will pass along the Yoder Homes name. Have a great Summer. We had Yoder Homes do multiple projects for us at 2 different homes over 5 years. We were completely satisfied! We are so delighted with our new kitchen! If we would ever build again, we would certainly use the professional help from Mr. Denny again. He is a friendly man, is very knowledgeable, is correct in prices thinks as "being the customer" himself) and uses the best skilled crews. Even if you are not present during the time the remodel is being done, every detail is taken care of, just as Mr. Denny would do for himself. The project was calculated for 9 months but they finished earlier and that as well was a plus. From start to finish the remodeling of our great room, kitchen and utility areas was done in a timely and professional manner through Yoder Homes (Denny Yoder), Job Site Manager Scott Gromen and each tradesperson involved in the project. There was consistent attention paid to details and quality of workmanship as well as any questions we had as the job progressed. Working with Yoder Homes during our complete home renovation has been a true pleasure. They were always respectful in communications, timely in their responses and did a fantastic job moving walls, building a new kitchen, renovating bathrooms and floors, painting, electrical...everything!!! As I have mentioned to you before, we are very happy with the quality and timeliness of the work your company completed for us. We would be happy to serve as a reference for your company in the future.
